Tariff (U.S. Import Duty): In accordance with current U.S. customs regulations, a provisional import duty of 10% is applied to all goods at the time of shipment. This rate is used for quotation purposes only and is not collected at the time of order placement.

The actual duty payable will be determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) upon the product’s arrival in the United States. If the applicable tariff at that time remains 10%, the customer will be invoiced accordingly. Should the tariff increase or an additional duty apply based on material composition, country of origin, or effective dates, the customer will be informed and charged the adjusted amount as assessed by CBP.

Products already loaded and in transit before any new effective dates may be exempt from additional duties, subject to final CBP review. All tariffs are in addition to other applicable duties, fees, and charges as determined at importation.
